Support Garth Glen Ettienne's Cremation and Farwell Memorial

Hello and thank you for clicking on my fundraiser. My name is Teneka and I would like to ask if you are able to offer a donation to farewell expenses for my beloved elder brother Garth Glen Ettienne. We were notified of his sudden and unexpected death late this past Friday night when his roommate returned home to find he had expired. Our desire is to cremate Garth's remains as he would have liked and organize a memorial for family and friends to fellowship in his honor and pay our last respects together. I am devastated and heartbroken to be losing my dear elder brother just after his 51st birthday in late July and on the eve of my 46th birthday in early August. This is the time of year we usually laughed and teased one another with all our inside jokes about our birth order, reminisced about birthdays past and prepared for my son Jacob's birthday later in the month. This year Jacob turn's 5 and will be starting Kindergarten. I truly don't know what I'm going to do without my brother now, we were always close but as we aged our relationship matured into something even more rich and beautiful....he is irreplaceable and the world feels a more empty and colder without him here. He held my hand from my birth through our childhood and into my adulthood and I had really looked forward to us growing older together, having him tech my son about all the things that were important to him like art, electronics, sports and everything else. Garth was really the most intellectually and emotionally intelligent man I've ever known, he deserved to live longer and to have more opportunities to extract more joy and fullfillment out of life, to see his friends whom he held so dearly over the years more often. It would really mean so much to me if those who are able to would contribute to assist with these final expenses.
