Update on Garth 04/18/2025.

Garth is home from the hospital and recovering. With FiP it is a long road to being cured! Lots of follow up appointments and medication daily. He is fighting and so far he is doing good! He is eating more on his own and being more of his feisty self! Any amount helps to make sure he continues to get a fighting chance. This hit us at the wrong time financially and we are trying our best. Please share if you cannot donate! 100% goes towards his daily medication, the vet hospital bill and follow up appointments.

Hi I am Garth! I am a 1 year old kitty that up until recently was full of life and played 24/7! I love it when mom rubs my belly and scratched my chin. Daddy is my favorite to play with the laser! Mom says I ate like had four hollow legs and a tail!! I would say that I’m the life of the house! Recently, I didn’t feel so good so I stopped eating and was really tired all the time. Mom and dad to the vet 3 times before we found out that I have FiP( feline infectious peritonitis). This can happen in young cats. There is treatment for it now so it is no longer a death sentence. Treatments can be expensive.

On top of this we have just replaced our very old hvac unit because it died and need a second vehicle so I can make my dr appointments for my own treatmensts. When it rains it pours! This has been rough to try to take care of the last minute unexpected costs and save his life. We are asking for help to get Garth healthy and back to his playful self!

We miss him at home and I’m sure he is tired of the hospital.
