Support Gavin Glover's Brain Surgery Recovery Journey

On January 3rd, 2025

Without any prior warning or medical history, my best friend and creative collaborator, Gavin Glover, unexpectedly suffered a grand mal seizure in his sleep. He was rushed to the hospital, and after tests, doctors discovered a 3cm mass in the front left hemisphere of his brain, later identified as a tumor.

Gavin was admitted to the hospital and treated with steroids and anti-seizure medication until his surgery to remove and biopsy the tumor on January 5th. While we won’t know the full details until the biopsy results come in, we’re relieved to share that the surgery went well, and Gavin is currently recovering in the ICU.

There is still a long road ahead, with careful monitoring and several follow-up MRIs and appointments to assess the biopsy results. Gavin is uninsured, and the medical expenses will be overwhelming.

Gavin and his wife Abigail have a beautiful two-year-old daughter, Junie. At the time of the incident, Gavin was the primary source of income for the family, and the lengthy recovery will leave them without a steady income during this challenging period.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to help support Gavin, Abigail, and their family through this incredibly difficult time. Despite this hardship, Gavin remains in good spirits, and anyone who knows him can speak to his kindness, work ethic, and extraordinary talent.
