Support Geraldine's road to recovery
Donation protected
As most of you are aware Geraldine Gorman suffered a brain hemorrhage on the 1st of November 2022. This hit suddenly with no warning, after being rushed to Tullamore hospital by ambulance she was immediately transported to Beaumont hospital for life-saving brain surgery, which was successful, and she is still in Beaumont hospital. Geraldine worked hard balancing caring for her late parents Kathleen and Liam Swaine, driving a bus for the family business, Corky’s cabs and playing a huge part in her family’s life. She is responding well but her progress is slow so the road to recovering her independence will be long and hard fought. When she is fit, she will be going to a rehabilitation centre. This has been devastating and also life-altering for Geraldine and her family, with their
permission this GoFundMe page has been set up to try to alleviate some of the financial burdens from them as they come to terms with the long road ahead. We are keeping Geraldine and her family in our thoughts and pray for Geraldine’s recovery.
