Support Gianna Aliano

Hi, my name is Kenzie. I am Gianna's best friend, but she was more like a sister. I am starting this Gofundme to help support her family in any way possible. As many do not know because she and her loved ones wanted to keep things private, Gianna within the last few months developed some health issues. These issues started as just chest pain and shortness of breath, she spent weeks in and out of multiple hospitals and was told by many doctors they were unsure of what specific illness she had. Gianna endured many surgeries and procedures in these few months from biopsies, chest tubes, and mass/tumor removals. Gianna seemed to be getting better after her last hospital stay, she was missing school, work, and working out but she was getting better. Sunday night on August 13th, 2023 around 9:00 pm Gianna went to the emergency room again due to severe chest pain and shortness of breath. Many doctors and nurses were by Gianna's side along with her mother Jodi, father Paul, and brother Frankie. Conditions declined later that night and amazing nurses and doctors surrounded Gianna and did everything in their power. At 12:48 on August 13th Gianna Aliano was taken from us at the young age of 22 years old. Anyone lucky enough to know her beautiful soul would know that she lit up every single place she walked into. Her infectious laugh and smile would make any ones day so much better. She loved to help people, she was going to graduate school next May and become an RN and was also always working as a nurse tech in the HealthFirst Cape ER. Gianna was mostly known for her love for fitness and the gym, she would be seen at Crunch West Melbourne every day, sometimes she would even go twice a day. As she was battling with her health issues she had to put everything she loved on hold, as well did her parents. They are currently having to pay many hospital bills because as we all know insurance does not cover everything. As well as a celebration of life to celebrate everything about this beautiful woman. Throughout all this, her parents Paul and Jodi have missed many days of work to be there to support their daughter all they could. Any help would be greatly appreciated to help them through this unimaginably painful moment that no parent should have to experience. Gianna is in a much better place and is no longer in pain. Through this whole cruel process, Gianna was still her bubbly-hilarious self making everyone around her laugh even when she was in pain. I want G to be remembered as who she was before this illness, and to be remembered and loved for how great of a human she was. Let us all live for Gianna, please give her family and loved ones the respect they deserve through this unimaginable time we are in right now. I love you my sweet angel, forever my sister
