Support Giovanny's Family in Their Loss
Donation protected
My name is Giovanny. At my young age of 18 years old, I was a victim of the Mexican Cartel and the Mexican Delinquency. I was supposed to have a Good Friday with my mom on July Friday 5 in Uruapan, Michoacán, but instead, my mom spent a whole weekend wondering if I was alive or not. By Monday, my mom started her week not going to work because she had to go and identify my body, which was just thrown on the side of the street in Zumpimito, Michoacán on a Saturday.
My story isn’t any different than any other person in Mexico. I was a son, a brother, a grandson. I have a family who is now struggling due to a loss and due to not being able to afford it all at once. And as the big sister of Giovanny Lopez Bonilla, I am asking you for help. I want to be able to help my mom afford my little brother's funeral. With a broken heart and teared eyes, I am asking you for help to give my baby brother a decent last goodbye.
