Support Girls in Afghanistan

We have been educating girls in Afghanistan since 2008.

We are Razia’s Ray of Hope, and as obstacles continue to mount, we are asking you for help to ensure the continued education of our students and to support the students, staff, and their families amid the instability in their community.

How The Funds Will Be Used...
 - Operating expenses for our schools, including expanded enrollment for new students whose families have been displaced to our region
 - Funding for the staff, students and their families affected by ongoing instability
 
In the thirteen years since our school has opened, we have witnessed remarkable transformations. A community that had never before educated its girls now sees our graduates as its primary source of household incomes.

While uncertainty will persist, so too will hope.

Razia's Ray of Hope Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2007 that improves the lives of young women and girls through community-based education in a rural district of Afghanistan. Built on the knowledge that education is key to positive, peaceful change for current and future generations, we provide learning and growth in a safe and nurturing environment, empowering girls and women through education and resources so that they may work toward brighter futures—in their own villages and beyond.
