Support Gloria Clark in Honoring Rashad's Memory

Hello, I’m Latoya, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart on behalf of Ms. Gloria Clark, one of our dear managers here at Wendy’s, who has been with the company for 24 years. It is with deep sorrow that I share the news of the passing of Ms. Gloria’s beloved son, Rashad Bateman, on December 8th, 2024, due to a sudden heart attack.

As you can imagine, this loss has been devastating for Gloria and her family. No one is ever prepared for the heartbreak of losing a loved one, and unfortunately, the high cost of a funeral service has added an additional burden at such a difficult time.

We are reaching out to our extended Wendy’s family and community to help ease some of the financial strain and to ensure Rashad receives the memorial he truly deserves. Your support, in any amount, would mean so much as we come together to honor his memory and help Gloria say her final goodbyes to her son.
