Support Gloria: Fighting Cancer with a Smile!

Hi, I am a sophomore at Boston College hoping to raise money for everyone's favorite dining staff member, Gloria Garcia Revolorio. Gloria has recently faced the news of her second battle with basal cell carcinoma. She bravely told me and my friends, expressing the challenges she's encountering in securing sufficient insurance coverage and financial aid to manage her medical expenses. I have created this GoFundMe as an opportunity to help relieve her and her family of some of the financial burdens associated with her diagnosis. All of the proceeds collected will go directly towards funding Gloria's medical expenses.

Gloria is a single mother from Guatemala who has worked tirelessly her entire life. Like many students, I have gotten the opportunity to know her during my time at BC and never hesitate to wait in her checkout line, even if it's double the wait time because of all her fans. Despite working countless hours a week, every student can expect a warm interaction with Gloria. She is known for her contagious smile and signature lines "Tap please" and "Have a beautiful day!"
