Hi everyone,

My name is Dania Araujo, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support for my dear friend, Gloria Romero. Gloria is a strong, resilient single mother of four beautiful children—two boys and two girls—who is currently battling breast cancer. Watching her go through this has been heartbreaking, but Gloria’s unwavering determination inspires me every day.

As many of you know, breast cancer is a tough fight, and right now, Gloria is in the middle of her battle. She recently completed her first stage of chemotherapy and has now started the second stage, which is much stronger and more challenging. Yet, through it all, she continues to fight bravely for her health and for her children.

After finishing chemotherapy, Gloria will face surgery, radiation therapy, and then another surgery. This entire process will take about a year to complete. Each surgery will keep her out of work for 4 to 8 weeks, creating even greater financial strain.

Despite her courage, the physical toll of treatment has made it incredibly difficult for her to work and provide for her family. Balancing the demands of being a mother and fighting cancer is overwhelming, and the financial burden has grown heavier. Between medical bills, household expenses, and daily needs, Gloria is facing challenges no one should have to face alone.

As a single mom, Gloria’s biggest concern is always her children. She has been the heart of her family, and now she needs our help. That’s why I’ve started this fundraiser—to ease her financial stress so she can focus on what truly matters: her health and her kids.

Mi nombre es Dania Araujo, y les escribo para pedir su apoyo para mi querida amiga, Gloria Romero. Gloria es una madre soltera fuerte y resiliente de cuatro hermosos hijos—dos niños y dos niñas—que actualmente está luchando contra el cáncer de mama. Verla atravesar esto ha sido muy difícil, pero su valentía y determinación me inspiran cada día.

Como muchos saben, el cáncer de mama es una batalla dura, y Gloria está en medio de esta lucha. Recientemente completó su primera etapa de quimioterapia y ahora está en la segunda, que es más fuerte y desafiante. Sin embargo, sigue luchando con valentía por su salud y por sus hijos.
