Support Gopi Krishna's Family

Dear friends and community members,

I am contacting you today to support my cousin, Gopi Krishna Dasari's family. He is the only son of his parents. His father is a farmer.

This morning at 12:45 AM [June 22, Sat], Gopi was tragically shot by a robber at a gas station in Dallas. He recently came to the US on H1b. He is married and has a 1.5-year-old kid. His wife and kid were in India.

As a close-knit family, we are devastated by this shocking event and are doing everything we can to support his family.

Gopi is a caring, hardworking individual who has always been there for his loved ones. He has a heart full of dreams and aspirations, and it breaks our hearts to see him suffer. We are doing everything in our power to ensure he receives the medical treatment he needs, but it's a costly journey.

We have set up this GoFundMe campaign to support the family members and his small kid.

Update:

Unfortunately, Gopi lost his life after fighting for 18 hours in ICU and we are preparing to send his body to India as early as possible. Gopi's passing has left an immeasurable void in the lives of his family and friends. Please continue to support and your small contribution helps his family members and his 1.5-year-old kid.
