Support Grace's Journey to JrNYLC Leadership

Hi, my name is Grace Brashears, and I’m raising money to go to the Junior National Young Leader Conference in Washington D.C. in the summer of 2025. I am the president of the National Junior Honor Society and strive for my education. My education is the most important thing in my life. My dream is to go to Harvard, and starting a long journey to a successful life and going to JrNYLC is the perfect way to start.

I participate in many extracurricular activities with Gulf Middle School like cheerleading and going to district meetings to improve the ways kids learn. I'm currently involved in creating an NHD project on ways that rights and responsibilities were taken away from people all over the world. I also get honor roll every quarter because of my performance in the classroom with behavior and academics.

With JrNYLC, I will go to Mount Vernon, the monuments dedicated to Lincoln, Jefferson, and Washington. I will also go to The National Museum of American History & Memorial Walk and the most iconic building for U.S. citizens, The White House. I will be staying at the University of Maryland with many other young leaders.

Funds are short with the economic inflation. This experience would mean the world to me to go and I can make it happen with the help of all of my friends, family, and any teachers that are willing to support me in the journey.

Going to JrNYLC would be an honor, and I’m ready to get my life started.
