Support Greg & Lisa Amerine & Family

Hi, my name is Jenn Bahr. I am raising money to help support Greg and Lisa Amerine with costs associated with Greg's recent medical emergency. Funds raised will help go toward medical expenses for a prolonged stay in the ICU as well as loss of income during this challenging time.

A quick recap: On Monday November 27th, Greg was found by his daughter in what seemed like a post-seizure state. Thanks to quick action, he was quickly transported to the hospital. He has been in the ICU ever since. Imaging has since shown that he had a large brain bleed, 3 infarcts, and multiple microhemorrhages throughout the brain. When he collapsed with the bleed, he broke several ribs and vertebrae, which is making his recovery harder than anticipated. As of now, doctors and the family are taking it day by day, with no estimate for when Greg might be out of the ICU, let alone discharged home.

Lisa has been juggling being by his side to help with medical decision-making, and taking care of their family. She has been unable to work, and is unsure when she will be able to return to the office. As Lisa is self-employed, the family is being doubly hit with both a large unexpected medical bill as well as complete loss of half of their income.
