Hi everyone, my name is Dima Puchkarev, and I’m the director of Grillo – a deeply personal documentary about the power of second chances and the resilience of the human spirit. Grillo tells the inspiring story of David “Grillo,” a man who, after spending most of his life in and out of prison, finds redemption and grace through the re-entry programs at Homeboy Industries.

After working tirelessly to bring this story to life, Grillo has already been selected for a few festivals, but we believe its message of hope, transformation, and justice deserves to reach a wider audience. This is where I need your help!
