Support GT Bhangra at Bhangra Blowout 2025!

Georgia Tech Bhangra is GT’s only nationally competitive Bhangra team, dedicated to showcasing the vibrant energy of Bhangra, a traditional folk dance from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan. Beyond competing, we are passionate about spreading Punjabi culture through workshops and performances on campus.

In recent years, we’ve made our GT community proud by placing 1st at ATL Tamasha and UAB Magic City Maza and competing at prestigious competitions such as Bhangra Blowout, Bhangra in the Burgh, Buckeye Mela, and Maryland Mauj.

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve been invited once again to Bhangra Blowout, the national championship for collegiate Bhangra teams in Washington, D.C. While we rely on and personal contributions and school funding, these alone are not enough to cover all costs. Competing at this level comes with significant expenses—including travel, registration, and lodging, costs that your donations would contribute to.

With your generous support, we can proudly represent Georgia Tech on a national level and continue sharing our passion for Bhangra with audiences across the country. Every contribution, big or small, helps us get one step closer to achieving our goals!
