Support Gumbo's Urgent Cardiac Care

Hi, my name is Sara and I’m raising funds to get my sweet boy Gumbo in to the vet for further treatment for possible heart disease. I took him in to the emergency vet recently as he was having crackling noises when breathing and coughing. I could only afford to get an exam and recommended x-rays done where they found fluid in his lungs and around his heart. They wanted to have him hospitalized and seen by a cardiologist to pinpoint what exactly the issue is but they suspected heart disease. Gumby loves to sit in windows and chirp at birds, he loves being under blankets and snuggling, he loves eating veggies, he loves when light reflects off of things onto the wall, he loves his kitty siblings, he loves kisses on his nose, and we love Gumby so much more than he could ever know. Gumby is only just about to turn 1 year old and is my absolute best friend and has saved me. I’ve lost both my parents in the past 2 years and I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have him. Because of this though I don’t have many places to turn for help but I’ve ended up feeling very desperate to get him the help he needs. Any donation helps immensely and will go directly to getting him in to see the vet as soon as possible. The vet strongly recommended he be hospitalized and that time is very critical right now. They estimated it may be around 2-3,000 to get him in with the cardiologist so I will desperately be trying to come up with as much as I can, in any way I can. I sincerely appreciate any help that is sent our way, no matter how small, I just want my handsome boy to feel better and get the proper care he needs. Thank you so much :)
