My name is Haitham Nouraldin, a 28-year-old photojournalist based in Gaza. Since October 2023, I have been dedicated to covering the war in Gaza, despite the personal losses of my home and family members during the conflict. I remain committed to documenting the ongoing crisis in my region.

Regrettably, my camera, lenses, and laptop have been completely destroyed due to the relentless attacks. As a freelance photojournalist, my camera is not only essential for my work but also serves as my primary source of income. Without it, I am unable to continue my work and provide financial support for my family.

With no other options available, I humbly turn to friends and supporters for assistance. While I do not wish to leave the place I love – Gaza – I aspire to have the means to rebuild my equipment and resume working.

Therefore, I am initiating this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for acquiring a new camera, laptop, and lenses. This will enable me to continue my vital work and shed light on the situation in Gaza.
