Support Hannah Jean Kozloff's Urgent Surgery

Hi everyone,

My name is Hannah Jean Kozloff. I live in the beautiful state of Colorado. It has recently been determined that I need an urgent major surgery that could help me with a rare and painful health condition that I have endured since I was a young woman. I have surmounted many obstacles, but am proud to say that I have a wonderful full time job, 2 beautiful children ages 7 and 5, and a supportive partner. We have had the great honor of purchasing our home.

This surgery will save my physical health, and my mental state of mind, having lived in grievous pain for over 20 years. However, we cannot withstand the loss of my income for nearly 3 months of recovery. We are in need of funds to stabilize, and keep our household bills manageable.
