Support Harold & Christine After the Devastating Eaton Fire

Donation protected
Harold and Christine have lost their beloved home in the catastrophic Eaton Fire, leaving them with only the clothes on their backs, their cat Dash, and a handful of sentimental items. Hal and Chris are also dealing with health issues which further complicate their situation.

After 34 years at 1168 Meadowbrook Road, this home was where they raised their three daughters—Holly, Shannon, and Stacey—and created countless memories filled with love, laughter, and joy.

Hal and Chris only had an hour to evacuate. In that short time, they managed to grab a few keepsakes, but the vast majority of their memories, belongings, and hard work are now lost.

They are now facing the enormous task of restarting their lives. Any donation, large or small, will help them get back on their feet.

The home was special in so many ways:

  • Christine's garden, a sanctuary filled with beauty, and her large kitchen where she hosted family gatherings and shared her love for cooking.
  • A garage packed with tools where Harold crafted furniture, repaired just about anything, and poured his heart into countless DIY projects.
  • Priceless family memorabilia: photos, baby clothes, toys, and their daughter's wedding dress—all lost.
  • A cherished collection of antiques, many gathered from travels over the years, now gone forever.

The house was also the center of family life, hosting countless celebrations—birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and their much-loved July 4th parties where friends and family gathered to watch fireworks in the front yard.

As close family friends and relatives through marriage, Sarah and Nathan Tellers of Pasadena, CA have set up this fund to support the Storeys during this difficult time. This fund was also created with help from Nicole Walker and Dan Villareal of Pasadena, CA. Any donations will go toward helping the Storeys move forward during this devastating time of loss. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in their journey to start over.

Thank you for your support during this difficult time.
