My name is Gary. I am super unfit but love to support my home community and a community in Uganda.
I will be doing what I am calling “The Three Rivers and Beyond Challenge” during summer 2023
I will start my hike at the river Adur and then head along the South Downs Way to the river Ouse, the river Cuckmere, then onto Eastbourne. It is around 40+ miles and I plan to do it in two consecutive days in the summer.
My aim is to raise £10,000 to be split between the Hassocks Community Foodbank and the Kagando Mission Group. Both groups help feed the most vulnerable in its communities and also the Kagando Mission Group supports the education of those in its community.
Both these groups have a place in my heart and I would love it if you could help me reach my funding target. This will also be a challenge for me personally but I will make it because these two amazing groups really need these funds.
