Support Hayden's Need for a Special Van

My name is Tammy and I am Hayden’s Aunt Nanny. Hayden has a terminal disease called Metochromatic Leukodystrophy. He was diagnosed at age 5, he is now 14 and has lost all functions. He has had several surgeries to break his ankles and knees to remove bones and a steel rod replacing his spine. He needs a van with a lift because his dad passed away last year and his mom Kaci has no transportation to get him to his appointment. He has got to make those appointments to be able to live.
