- Hi, this is my 11yr old neice Hayleigh
- , I got the unexpected call July 25th that she was at Syracuse Childrens hospital fighting for her life. Hayleigh was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes May of 2020. pancretitas march of 2024. They started Hayleigh on Kidney Dialysis on currently she is on a ventibrator Ecmo machin(Extracorpeal membrane oxygention) this takes over heart and lung function due to her organs wont work on their own. This pumps blood out of her body oxygenates it and returns it to the body. This is whats keeping her alive. hayleigh could be like this for weeks, months....? We dont know. The doctors wont know how damaged her brain is until she wakes up.
hayleigh has showed us how stong she is, as she has given us signs thats shes fighting and hasnt given up.
I am asking for your help to raise money as her mom/ guardian must be with her 24/7. This takes my sister from being home with her other 3 children, and leave from work, i'm hoping to raise up to 5,ooo to help cover financial costs of living, transportation.
