Support Hayley on her Journey to Becoming a Licensed Midwife

We are excited to share the incredible journey of our beloved Hayley, a dedicated student midwife at the Midwives College of Utah. For nearly three years, Hayley has been passionately pursuing her dream of becoming a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). Along the way, she has balanced her rigorous studies with raising her own three beautiful children.

As Hayley approaches the final stages of her education, she is preparing to take the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM) exam, a crucial step toward earning her CPM license. The cost of taking the NARM is $1100. Once she passes this national exam, Hayley will need to complete a jurisprudence test to become an Arizona Licensed Midwife (LM), which will allow her to practice independently.

Starting a homebirth midwifery practice comes with additional financial challenges, including roughly $4,000 needed for essential supplies and equipment. As you can imagine, being a student places significant financial strain on students and their family. Despite these challenges, Hayley has remained unwavering in her dedication to providing compassionate, professional care to mothers and babies.

Hayley has touched many lives as a doula and student midwife. Those who have had the pleasure of working with her know firsthand her incredible skills, warmth, and dedication. She has a natural talent for making every birthing experience special and empowering for mothers.

I am launching this GoFundMe campaign, just as my preceptor did for me, to help alleviate the financial burden on Hayley and her family, allowing her to focus on what she does best: bringing new life into the world with love and care. Your contributions will go directly toward covering the costs of her NARM exam, supplies for her practice, and the final steps to becoming a licensed midwife in Arizona.
