I'll be running the Southern Tour Ultra 50k on January 18, 2025, and raising money for the Headstrong Project.
The Headstrong Project is a non-profit mental health organization providing confidential, barrier-free, and stigma-free PTSD treatment to veterans, service members, and families connected to their care. Receiving the proper health care required can be a difficult task, and the Headstrong Project has helped many get the help they deserve. All of the donations will benefit the Headstrong Project. Please, please, please consider skipping eating out or grabbing a coffee on the way to work and support a good cause. If you have a specific request, add it with your donation and I'll give you a shoutout on Strava, Instagram, etc. - anything that helps raise more money I will do!
