Help Us Provide Critical Foot Care to Boston’s Homeless Community
We are Boston College students dedicated to breaking barriers to healthcare for people experiencing homelessness. Our work in shelters, soup kitchens, and health centers has shown us that foot health is a critical yet often overlooked issue.
At Women’s Lunch Place on Newbury Street, we’ve launched a free foot clinic to treat conditions like frostbite, diabetic ulcers, and infections—issues that, left untreated, can lead to severe complications. Since September 2024, we’ve treated over 200 patients, offering relief, medical care, and dignity.
We need your support. Donations help us buy essential medical supplies, socks, and improve our clinical space. As a 100% volunteer-run initiative, every dollar goes directly to patient care.
Additionally, the first $600 will go directly to youth experiencing homelessness at Bridge Over Troubled Waters, where we are hosting a storytelling event to amplify their voices and provide financial support.
