Support Heart2Heart's Fight Against Heart Disease

We are Heart2Heart, a high school team competing in this year’s HOSA Community Awareness Competition. We created this initiative to bring awareness to, teach about, and aid in the prevention of lifestyle-related heart disease, specifically in Texas.
