Support Heather's Family After the Loss of Aedyn
Donation protected
My name is Leah and I am raising money on behalf of my sister, Heather Russell, and her two kids while they face heavy loss.
Heather's fiancé, Aedyn Zion Esser-Sanchez, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, survived by Heather and their two children: 2-year-old daughter Aeyla and 6-week-old son Ruby. Aedyn was a funny, loving, and passionate man who cared deeply for his family. He was an incredibly talented and successful tattoo artist and loved the beach, soccer, good food, and adventuring with the love of his life, Heather.
In the wake of this unimaginable loss, I am raising money to support Heather, Aeyla, and Ruby while they adjust to life without a partner and father. Aedyn provided their family's sole source of income. Heather planned a return to work after a period of recovering from a c-section and adjusting to having a newborn, but with Aedyn's sudden passing, she will need additional time to recover and adjust before she is able to take that step.
While we have been able to open our home to them and are supporting them with housing and in every other way we can, we don't have the financial resources to help in every way they need support. All money donated will go directly to Heather and her family. Here are some of the specific things the money raised will be used for.
- One of the biggest needs is a safe, reliable car. Their family's only car was totaled in a car crash a few weeks before the holidays.
- Diapers, wipes, clothing for the kids, and other baby/child essentials
- Doctors appointments
- Groceries
- Counseling/Therapy for Heather
- Occasional childcare costs
If you are unable to support Heather through Go Fund Me or in a financial way, here are some other ways you could help!
- Thoughts, prayers, and love toward them and their family.
-Contribution to her Amazon fund/Amazon wish list.
-Hand me down clothes for the babies:
- Baby boy clothes sizes 3mo-12 month
- Girl clothes size 2T
Thank you so much for any/every thing you are able to do for Heather and her family ❤
