Support Helen Aseh's Journey Home
Donation protected
Keng Helen Aseh, aged 70, from Cameroon, a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, had a heart attack during her flight to the US and was confirmed dead at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, on November 20, 2024. Mama was travelling to the US for the first time. She was looking forward to meeting again with the grandchildren she raised in Cameroon as well as seeing 10-month-old granddaughter named after her.Unfortunately, that was not to be for Mama.
Ma Helen was a devoted Baptist Christian and was the chair of the Women's group at the Berean Baptist Church, Mile 5 Limbe, Cameroon. She was actively involved during the construction of the church and would never miss an opportunity to raise funds to support church and community-based projects.
Ma Helen did a spell of seamstress before her engulfment in many other activities. She owned and operated a restaurant for over 10years at the renowned Bota Custom’s Canteen, Limbe, Cameroon. After retiring from her restaurant business, she spent her time supervising various business projects, traveling and looking after her grandchildren.
Mama had always wished to be buried closer to her loved ones in Cameroon. Due to her sudden dead, we are seeking to raise funds to cover her repatriation costs to Cameroon for burial which includes funeral home charges, flight cost and other administrative costs.
Our family appreciates your time in reading about Ma Helen and will like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for donating to towards her journey back to Cameroon.
