Support Her Fight: Stage IV Cancer battle

Sometimes people need help, but they are too proud to ask for it. My dear friend, Kat, has been through a couple of years of nothing but hardship, and to top it off, just found out she has the big ‘C’…Cancer. She cannot get a break and has now scheduled cancer surgery for November 1st. She has a teenage son, Christian, and does everything she can to make his dreams, wants, and needs met. That being said, it’s been so hard to handle day-to-day life, let alone manage cancer. I want to support as much as I can, but she’s going to have a lot of expenses and I figured a GoFundMe might be the best way to help.

UPDATE: post surgery pathology came back and it is indeed Stage IV thyroid cancer. They will have to remove the rest of her thyroid and Kat will have to have radiation, the cancer has metastasized…please help her…please pray for her!
