Support the Waddell Family's New Start

My name is Katie Alesso and I'm grateful to be friends with Theo and Edith, who are a part of our sweet church, Thrive LA.

Theo and Edith are the real deal. Many of you know their kindness. When Edith's aging parents, Hermelinda and Damian, began to need assistance and medical care, they moved them from Peru to the United States so they could care for them. Theo and Edith welcomed them into the guest house they were living in.

However, on Wednesday, January 8th, the Eaton Canyon fire swept through their region of Pasadena and all four of them were evacuated.

As they watched KTLA, they saw their home ablaze and realized that the guest house was gone.

On behalf of my friends, I want to thank you for helping them.

I remember visiting their lovely little home a while back. Theo and Edith had poured so much into making that little guest house a comfortable place to live, maximizing every square inch to be a joyful home. They have lost so very much overnight and will need to restart their lives from here. All funds raised will go directly to help them in this endeavor.
