Support High Gravity Fermenations and Brewery

High Gravity Fermentations opened as a homebrewing and winemaking store 19+ years ago and laid the foundation for the craft brewery scene in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tulsa now has 14 breweries with more in planning. We beam with pride every time a brewery opens its doors. In 2017 High Gravity had to find a new location and we took that as an opportunity to add a Brewery to our portfolio and High Gravity Brewing Company was born.

Flash forward 7 years after opening the brewery. The pandemic along with inflation and a variety of variables have made the last 3 years extremely challenging. We took on expensive debt (a lot more than the stated goal) these last two years hoping business would eventually get back to pre-pandemic levels, but it hasn’t. Our lease is up at the end of March and unless a miracle happens in the next few weeks, we will be closing our doors.

This is our Hail Mary throw with a second left on the clock in the hopes that we will score a touchdown and take it into overtime.

We will be using what is raised to pay off the debt that we took on to try to keep going.

We so wanted to celebrate being in business for 20 years but no matter what happens, the lifelong friendships we’ve made of these almost 20 years have enriched our lives. We wouldn’t trade them for anything in the world.
