Support Holly Ebert-Kahn's Fight Against AML

This GoFundMe account is being set up for Holly Ebert-Kahn to help with upcoming expenses and medical bills. On July 9, 2024, she was diagnosed and hospitalized with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), one of the rarest and hardest-to-treat blood cancers. Holly is 46 years old.

The past 3 weeks have been very challenging for Holly. She suffers from widespread pain, swollen feet and hands, chemotherapy that lasts 24/7, chemotherapy pills, a blood clot in her eye, coughing up blood, difficulties breathing, pneumonia, hair loss, lost sense of taste, she is bruised all over, and has had so many blood transfusions we can’t keep count. She will have another bone marrow biopsy soon and we pray the result will come back with good news, allowing her return home for a few weeks before her next chemotherapy treatment. Even if the news comes back positive, her treatment will continue over the next 3 months, rotating between 1 week in the hospital and 3 weeks at home. Holly is hoping she will be possibly able to work from home in between those treatments.

We can’t imagine how we would feel spending the last 3 weeks in the hospital dealing with conditions like that while having AML hanging over your head…We pray every second of the day for healing and remission. Please keep Holly in your thoughts and prayers.
