Support Homeless Children in Irving, TX

Tax deductible
Winter is upon us during this pandemic. Most of us are fortunate enough to live in a home which is safe and temperature controlled. But many people, including children of my age or younger, are homeless or sleeping in cars. Some of these people are mentally and physically challenged. It is our responsibility to support our brothers and sisters in humanity living in our immediate neighborhood in Irving.

The City of Irving initiated a Homeless Task Force in late August and Pastor Dennis Webb is the Chairman of that task force. One of the initiatives undertaken by the team is to provide temporary hotel stay, food and transportation during this winter. The Bear Creek Community church is partnering with “Many Helping Hands” ( 501 c-3 charity ) to help the homeless families. They are in need of $20,000 for this initiative and reaching out to the local community for support.

I urge you to make a donation and share with your family and friends. Your donations are tax deductible.

Sincerely,
Faaiz Shaphy
