Support Honor in Recovery From Surgery
Donation protected
At the beginning of January, our wonderful friend Honor Burns underwent heart surgery, and experienced neurological complications. Due to this, she is in need of our support.
Her recovery is taking and will take much longer than expected. This has caused an unexpected financial strain on her family. There will continue to be expenses in the future in order to accommodate her situation. We are asking for two things: financial support and prayers. The goal at the moment is set to $15,000 to cover immediate needs, but our hope is to raise as much as possible to cover what will be a long hard road. Prayers are, of course, an essential part of this as well. Please offer any sort of intentions you have on her behalf and on behalf of her family.
Honor is bright and full of life. She is a beautiful artist, painting stories on a canvas. She is funny, clever, and loves to dance. She is incredibly hardworking and independent. A friendship with Honor is immensely valuable because she will seek you out and want to know you better. She is a lover of music and art, and always wants to pet any dog she sees.
Honor is the person who shows up when her people are in need, without asking for that for herself. We are grateful for your support in showing up for her now that she needs us.
Thank you for your prayers and support. If you have any good wishes to share, please post them on this page so her family can see them at their leisure.
