Support Howard's Final Year at Berklee

Hi friends! My name is Howard Godfrey and I'm going into my senior year at Berklee College of Music!

Over the past few years, so many beautiful friends and strangers have helped me pay for my education by raising $100,000 for my tuition, which I am eternally grateful for! The generosity and support of so many people put me through my first two years and have allowed to learn a lot wonderful things and create so much beautiful art.

Junior year was covered with loans and the small amount of federal aid that I received. While I did take a gap semester during the Spring of my Junior year, I returned this Summer to complete some classes! Due to the loans we currently have out, we are not eligible for another. This news has come at a rather unfortunate time as my tuition for the Fall '24 semester in due on August 8th (thanks to the 1-week extension I've been granted to try to figure out my financial situation).

Since starting at Berklee, I've met so many wonderful people and life-long friends. I've gotten to work with some extremely talented musicians, and have grown as an artist and a person. I've gotten the opportunity to stage two of my original musicals, release 2 musical theatre cast recordings (with a 3rd in the works), record a 30-piece orchestra playing my original music, play on numerous sessions, perform with amazing musicians, and learn more about production than I thought I'd ever be interested in. Berklee has given me so many tools and opened up many doors. So many people have put their faith me -- some random kid who made a TikTok a few years ago -- and have invested in me and my dream, and I've made it my goal to pay all of those people back by doing the best I can in school and putting every resource to use.

While I hate asking for things, I know I'm too close to finishing this journey to give up now. Thus, I'm putting aside my pride and asking for help from anyone who feels it in their heart to give. Anything and everything helps!
