It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved brother John James Ramon, age 45, of San Antonio Texas, who left us on August 9, 2024. Born on April 26, 1979, he was a cherished son of Olivia Etta Santos and Jose Ortiz a loving brother to Fredrick Fernandez, Brigitte Maldonado, Frank Maldonado, Martin Maldonado.

John James Ramon was a kind-hearted individual with a vibrant spirit who could light up a room with his smile. He had a deep love for Listening to music, hanging out with his friends and family, making everyone smile, which brought him joy and connected him to many people.

Despite his struggles with addiction, John James Ramon had moments of great clarity and strength, showcasing the resilient spirit that many admired. He touched the lives of those around him and will always be remembered for his funny personality and his way of trying to make good out of negative situations.

He is survived by Birth Father Jose Ortiz , Adopted Father Rosendo Ramon, Son Johnny Ramon, Daughter Madison Cardenas , Grand Daughter Aryya Cardenas. Our family hopes that by sharing his story, we can shed light on the complexities of addiction and encourage others to seek help and support.

A memorial service will be held on a later time and day.

Though we mourn the loss of John James Ramon, we celebrate his life and the love he shared with all of us. May he find peace, and may we honor his memory by striving toward understanding and compassion.
