Hi everyone, my name is Angie Paez (his big sister), and I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my beloved little brother, Irwan Paez, who was only 17 years old ❤️️. With a heavy heart, I share that we have unexpectedly lost him, and our family is devastated.
