Support Haneen Awad's Family's Journey to Safety

Hello,

My name is Heba Awad, I'm the sister of Haneen Awad who currently resides in Gaza.

On October 7th, Haneen and her family's lives were forever changed when the Israeli war on Gaza began. As bombs fell and chaos ensued, Haneen gave birth to her youngest baby, Ameera amidst the terror and uncertainty.

The past months have been a constant struggle for survival. The basic necessities they once took for granted are now luxuries they can only dream of. Thier children, innocent souls caught in the crossfire, have witnessed horrors that no child should ever endure.

Her husband is a doctor and his clinic, his only and primary souce of income, has been destroyed by the ongoing war (see picture).

I am collecting money on thier behalf that I will be sending to them via the proper channels:

Your support will go towards helping my family and I to cross into Egypt via the Rafah border. The current cost is $7000 per person and they are a family of 6. This will provide my family with a safe place to call home, food to nourish our bodies, and medical care for my newborn and other children who have been traumatized by the events they've witnessed. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in our lives.
