Dear friends, family, and loved ones.
We are writing to you during this challenging time to share the story of our loved one, Israel Gill. On the morning of Sunday, December 15, 2024, Israel experienced a cough and shortness of breath. His wife, promptly took him to the emergency room for evaluation. Israel's condition was more serious than initially anticipated; he was in stable condition but bravely fighting while in a medically-induced coma. He tested positive for flu and respiratory infection that put him in a critical condition.
We are pleased to report that he has recovered from his illness. He awakened from coma on December 27th. He was transferred to a rehabilitation facility in Round Rock, Tx on January 10th. The extent of his rehabilitation needs and the recovery of his kidney function are still being assessed by his physicians. This will leave him unable to work for weeks, possibly months.
Isreal is known for his kind heart, jokes, and loves fishing. He has touched the lives of so many, always lending a helping hand or a listening ear and teaching others in what he loves. Now, it’s our turn to support him in his time of need. The road to recovery will be challenging, and we want to ensure that Isreal and his wife can focus on healing without the burden of overwhelming medical and living
I'm Isreal Sister-n-law Rosie I have created this GoFundMe to help cover all expenses support during his recovery. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in Isreal’s health recovery journey. Additionally, if you are unable to contribute financially, we would appreciate your prayers, positive thoughts, and sharing this campaign with your network.
Thank you for your love, support, and kindness. Let’s come together to show Isreal just how much he means to all of us.
