Help Rescue Izzy Walk Pain-Free Again…Surgery needed

My name is Natalie. My husband Jim and I adopted this sweet girl, Izzy, last year, about a month after we lost our dog, Lucky, to cancer. Izzy really helped fill the void from our loss. She was a God sent! We adopted Izzy from DACC in Detroit. She was approximately 6 months old and was found on the streets. When we got her, she was about 30 lbs. When she started limping last summer, we assumed it was due to her growing so fast (she's 80 lbs now). After a few vet visits, we were told she had hip dysplasia on her right side. The hip bone doesn't fit into the socket. She was born w/no curve in the socket and both knees have tears. Ideally, she needs a whole hip replacement ($9k) then another surgery for her knee ($4500) on the right leg that we can't afford. The other option is an FHO (femur head osteotomy) for the hip and a TPLO (tibial plateau leveling osteotomy) for her knee which can be done in one surgery for the right leg. We have scheduled her surgery for April 16th. It's approximately $4200-4600 (Vet bill attached in pic below). In a few months after she heals, we will look into getting her left knee done which will be approx. $3500 more.

I have CareCredit, which I just finished paying off all Lucky’s bills. I can use it for Izzy but it will need to be paid off in 12 months, so no interest incurs. I will not have enough on my card to cover surgery for both legs.
