Support Jack Asadullah’s Family

Donation protected

Every once and while you meet a special soul who tugs your heart and never lets go.

Our sweet, beautiful Jack Asadullah. We loved you so much with your sweet sing-song voice and chirpy, innocent eyes. We cannot believe you escaped war and all those threats years ago, only for a nightmare medical disaster to happen to you here.

A native of Mazar e Sharif, Jack served honorably as an interpreter for seven years with US Special Operations and for former President Hamid Karzai.

When the threats against his life, Jack embarked on a new life, coming all alone to the United States on August 21, 2015. Tragically, he was put into a medically induced coma in August 21, 2022 and passed away with his beloved San Diego family by his side on Saturday, September 4.

For the past seven years, Jack - now 32 - has been supporting his family including brother Sami who also served as a U.S Army interpreter, who remain in dire economic and humanitarian straits. Jack is also survived by his fiancé in San Diego, Ziba.

We need your help in helping his distraught family get through this rough patch of life.

Jack was the light of our lives, with a gentle demeanor and kind assurances. He held our hands through dark times, always sharing pearls of wisdom, each a pearl in his string of his own evolution.

He loved America. He loved his Mothership. He was us. He was the best of us. We will do whatever we can to help those he loved most in the world, any help is immensely appreciated.

Rest in Power Jack. It was honor.
