Support Jack Martin Fund:Eastern States 20 Miler

December 11th 2012 changed my life forever. I went from golfer to endurance athlete in the blink of an 7 hour brain surgery. Since that date I have run countless half marathons, a full marathon, 5 half Ironmans, and 2 Full Ironmans all the while raising money for pediatric oncology at Mount Sinai Hospital. When I turned 50 I ran a 50 mile challenge, but this time I had the privilege and honor of doing it with my son Jordan. Last year we completed the Long Island Challenge to raise funds. This year we have raised the bar, after all when your 15 year old son comes to you and wants to not only spend time with you, but to raise money for charity at the same time…..how can you say no? You can’t! So, on March 16th we will complete the Eastern States run, a 20 mile race that begins in Maine and finishes in New Hampshire.
