Support Jacob Beardsley After Tragic Loss
Donation protected
On December 15th, a son’s worst nightmare became reality. Kevin Beardsley suddenly collapsed in his home. His son, Jacob, was able to catch most of the fall, but he quickly noticed his father fading out of consciousness and struggling to breathe. Acting on pure instinct, Jacob began performing CPR on his father while miraculously managing to call EMS and family for help.
For 15 minutes, Jacob performed CPR alone. When family arrived, they took turns assisting him for an additional 30 minutes as they waited for EMS to arrive—living in a remote area significantly delayed emergency services. Despite an hour of heroic efforts from all, Kevin tragically passed away.
Kevin Beardsley is survived by his only child, Jacob Beardsley. Just two days before his father’s passing, 25-year-old Jacob was sworn into the Marines—a moment of pride now shadowed by overwhelming grief. With boot camp beginning in February, Jacob is now left to shoulder the financial burden of funeral and memorial costs. On top of that, he faces the responsibility of maintaining his childhood home and covering day-to-day living expenses, where he and his father resided.
Let’s come together to support Jacob during this heartbreaking time. By lifting these financial burdens, we can help him focus on grieving and honoring his father’s memory without the added stress of money. Any and all contributions are deeply appreciated.
Memorial service details are still to be determined.
Thank you for your generosity and kindness.
