UPDATE: I have good news and bad news
Bad news first:
Jacob’s surgical pathology report showed 3 of the 44 lymph nodes removed on September 21, 2021, were positive for metastatic carcinoma. And 2 of them were positive for extra nodal extension, which means the cancer escaped his lymph nodes into his body. This upgraded his status to stage 4.
Alberta Cancer Care only has two more treatments to offer:
1. Radiation with it’s many permanent side effects: hypothyroidism, loss off salivary glands and taste buds, lung fibrosis, heart disease and other cancers, only gives him a 50/50 chance of survival in 5 years.
2. Chemotherapy with its damage to cognitive function and fertility only adds an additional 10%
These only attack proliferating cells not the cancer stem cells!
The GOOD NEWS : We found better odds without all the damage with treatments available outside of Canada!
They not only offer a better quality of life but a high chance of cure or living with the disease without progression beyond 5 years.
Cancer needs a multi-prong (press-pulse) approach. One or two treatment(s) alone is not enough!

The current treatment plan:
- Diagnostic labs and imaging not offered in Canada
- Sono-Photo Dynamic Therapy (in clinic full-body light/ultrasound therapy with 1 year supply of sensitizer w/device for at home treatment (this was added to the treatment plan at an additional cost of US$7300 we didn’t previously plan for due to the extra nodal extensions)
- Photo Dynamic Therapy Plus: laser therapy with IV sensitizers at clinic +3 months supply with laser device for at home treatment
- Sunivera Immunotherapy injections at clinic with 3 month at home supply
- Salvus Immunotherapy infusions, injections, and spray in clinic + 3 month at home supply
- IV therapies including high dose Vitamin C and B17
- Whole body & targeted hyperthermia (cancer cells are unstable at fever-grade temps)
- Near infra-red lamp and sauna therapy for detox
- Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
- Ultra-Violet Biological Irradiation
- BEST- Behavioural, Emotional & Spiritual Therapy
- Nutrition for Cancer Education + organic whole food meals & juices while at clinic
- Targeted Supplementation at clinic & at home supply (3 months)
- Regular scheduled home program support (3 months)
- Phone & email support for 1 year
- 2 in clinic follow up stays of 2 day duration each
- Subclavicle catheter for IV therapies (+US$ 500 unless we can get this done here through a skilled nurse volunteer)
Total cost: US$53,179 (~CAN$ 65,000)

***Because Jacob’s type of cancer has a high chance of recurrence between 2 - 18 months after surgery we MUST send him NOW before that happens (he is 1 month post op).
Two additional therapies we are considering at another clinic in Scottsdale Arizona: Cellsonic & IV 3BP
He is also already doing the Care Oncology (COC) protocol - an off-label out of patent 4 drug cocktail that blocks the metabolic pathways feeding cancer cells including stem cells!
