Support Jacob Payne #394

On Saturday the 14th September 2024 around 1pm Jacob was involved in a serious motorbike accident whilst enjoying some quality time out with his friends in Wilbinga.

Jacob has been placed into an induced coma in ICU at Royal Perth Hospital to allow the medical professionals to assess his injuries, for now the family have advised once they know more they will release further details of the incident and the full extent of his injuries.

The family have been notified that recovery will likely take some time this undoubtedly is going to have a significant impact moving forward meaning Jacob will no longer be able to continue with his apprenticeship and Jacob’s mum Caite will also most likely have to pause her University study and work to assist with Jacob's round the clock care and recovery ❤️‍ all whilst still supporting Jacob’s younger siblings.

For those that know Jacob and his amazing family know that they are the first to offer assistance to anyone in need, so let’s band together and show this family how much they truly mean to us in their time of need.

Caite is one proud independent woman who as you can imagine does not like to accept help!!! Whilst it’s taken us many discussions to convince her to set this page up, she wants to stress there is no expectation to donate! Sending Jacob your prayers and thoughts are equally as important and greatly appreciated.

I have added Jacob's mum, Caite Eastwood as the beneficiary so any funds donated will go directly to Jacob's family. Funds will go towards medical, travel and general daily expenses that will mount up whilst Caite is unable to work for now. whilst funds left over after initial costs are covered will be invested ready for future medical support that’s required, (this is yet to be discussed depending on his injuries)

If Jacob’s recovery goes well then any excess funds will be donated back to charity of Jacob's choice (yet to be determined).

There is absolutely no expectation for people to donate whatsoever, the family love receiving prayers for good health, however if you wish to help in anyway any funds received will be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to share this with your social media networks.
