On Friday 7/14 the Abington, Gloucester and Stoughton communities unexpectedly lost one of their beloved members. Jennifer Jacobs was a bright light to anyone fortunate enough to have her in their life. She was the mother of two amazing boys Ryan and Noah and wife to her college sweetheart Jason. Jennifer was a revered educator and aspiring school administrator who was loved by all who worked with her.

We are reaching out to those who knew Jenn in an attempt to assist Jason with the financial burdens he will be facing while navigating the journey of a Solo parent.
