Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart to share the story of my brother, Jacob, who is currently facing an incredibly challenging time. At 32 years old, Jacob has always been a pillar of strength and health. He recently married the love of his life, Brooke, and together they have been blessed with two beautiful children: a nearly 2-year-old daughter and a newborn baby boy, just a month old.

However, our world was turned upside down when Jacob began experiencing severe muscle weakness and difficulty speaking. After numerous tests, including MRIs, CT scans, and spinal taps, the doctors are still struggling to find a definitive diagnosis. Despite the neurologist's best efforts and starting treatment, we are no closer to understanding what is happening to him.

For the past week and a half, Jacob has been hospitalized, three hours away from home. His devoted wife, Brooke, is staying by his side, trying to care for both their young children and her husband. With Brooke focused on their family and Jacob’s health, they are facing significant financial strain
