Support Jacob's Memorial and Cremation

My name is Jennifer Courtney above is my brother Jacob Courtney.. He passed away July 6 th at 7:13 am ..I hate to ask but I really could use the help in the cremation and memorial for my brother because I want to have everything down state his home town where all his family and friends are .. Jacob was in multiple accidents and fell and broke his hip that left him permanently disabled .. He really hasn’t had much of a life since living in chronic pain no surgeon would do the surger Do to his copd .. Jacob deserves a memorial and would love to give it to him . Unfortunately I don’t make enough to do it all alone ..
