Support Jaime Leite Jr. After Devastating Fire
Donation protected
Hello!
I am Beth Pyatak and I am setting up this page on behalf of our community in the Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at USC to collectively support one of our postdoctoral scholars, Jaime Leite Jr.
Jaime Leite Jr. relocated to Los Angeles from Brazil just last month to begin his new position at USC. He was excited to start his new job and life in Los Angeles, and prepared by refreshing his professional wardrobe and purchasing other items needed for his relocation. Jaime was staying with friends in Altadena while he searched for a permanent place to live. Unfortunately, their home was destroyed in the Eaton Fire. All of Jaime's belongings were destroyed, and he no longer has a place to live. Insurance will only provide $500 in reimbursement, leaving him with few resources to replace what was lost.
This fundraiser will help Jaime replace his clothing, personal items, and other belongings which were destroyed in the fire, and secure a place to live. With much gratitude from the Chan community, thank you for your support and generous donations.
