Support Jamie Burrows' Fight for Recovery
Donation protected
We’re Jamie Burrows' family, and we’re reaching out with heavy hearts and deep concern. On March 25, 2025, Jamie did what she loved doing every day—she walked her 6-year-old grandson to school. But on her way back home, our lives were changed in an instant when Jamie was struck by a car traveling approximately 45 mph, according to emergency responders.
Right now, Jamie is in a medically induced coma in the ICU at a local trauma hospital. She is facing critical injuries, including bleeding in her brain, increased pressure in her skull, severe scalp injuries, and fractures to her spine and left foot. Essentially, Jamie is fighting to survive.
Jamie isn’t just a single mother; she’s the heart and soul of her family. She is the primary caregiver and provider for her three young adult children and her young grandson. Two of her children live at home, helping as best they can. The family already faced profound loss several years ago when Jamie's children lost their father, making her their sole source of strength and support.
We’re doing our best, but everything is uncertain right now. Any donation you could offer will help ease the overwhelming burden of household bills and daily expenses, giving Jamie’s children some breathing space to figure out how they’ll manage during her recovery—one that is currently filled with unknowns.
If you're unable to donate at this time, even sharing this message with your friends, family, or community would mean the world to us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion, generosity, and kindness.
With love and gratitude,
